With over 14 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork, Angel combines clinical expertise with a refined, holistic approach to personalised wellbeing.

A qualified Beauty & Remedial Therapist, Dry Needling and Traditional Thai Massage Practitioner, she also holds certifications across Reiki, NLP, hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy and Christian coaching.

Inspired by a lifelong connection to movement and healing, Angel is passionate about helping clients ease tension, restore mobility and reconnect with greater balance and vitality.

As a Senior AMT Member, she remains committed to ongoing professional development and personalised, evidence-informed care.
